2026 Fall Conference
Please join us Wednesday, November 11 through Friday, November 13 at The Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center (State College, PA) for the 2026 PAB Fall Conference. This year’s conference theme is “Building a Better PAB” and will include programming for agency executives, field workers, and prevention specialists. THIS EVENT IS ONLY OPEN TO PAB MEMBER AGENCIES.

Wednesday, November 11th
- The Registration desk will open from 2:30 to 4:00 pm (Please note that hotel rooms will not be available until 4 p.m.)

Thursday, November 12th
- Breakfast is included for overnight guests.
- Vendors will be exhibiting throughout the day.
- Lunch and Dinner are provided.
Friday, November 15th
- Breakfast is included for overnight guests
- The conference will end by 3 pm.
- Lunch is provided
- For our overnight guests, the hotel check out time is 11 a.m.
Location
The Penn Stater Hotel & Conference Center is located at 215 Innovation Boulevard in State College. It includes two restaurants, a fitness center, and a lap pool.
The guestroom rate of $154 includes one breakfast voucher for the breakfast buffet in the Gardens Restaurant. The room rate increases $10 for each additional guest ($164 = 2 vouchers, $174 = 3 vouchers, $184 = 4 vouchers). Please call Central Reservations at 1-814-863-5000 and reference group code PABLA26A. You may also reserve your rooms on The Penn Stater’s website. This rate expires at 12:01 a.m. on October 10th, so please make sure you reserve your rooms by then!
After selecting the number registration tickets, you’ll see the options for registering each person. If a gluten and/or dairy free meal is required, select it at this time. (We do not know what specific gluten/dairy free options will be provided.)
PAB agencies may pay online via credit card or select the “Agency Check” option which will allow you to send PAB a check as payment. Exhibitors should pay by credit card.
After registering, attendees will receive an auto reply from the website (which might go to your spam folder). There will also be system-generated emails during the processing. While the website uses the term “ticket”, a physical ticket is not collected at the registration table.
