2025 Fall Conference

Please join us Wednesday, November 12 through Friday, November 14 at The Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center (State College, PA) for the 2025 PAB Fall Conference. This year’s conference will include programming for agency executives, field workers, and prevention specialists.

Wednesday, November 12th

• The Registration desk will open at 10 a.m. (Please note that hotel rooms will not be available until 4 p.m.)
• Lunch is provided.
• Dinner is on your own.

Thursday, November 13th

• Breakfast is included for overnight guests.
• A vendor room will be open during the day. Each vendor will highlight one item during the first session of the day.
• Lunch and Dinner are provided.

Friday, November 14th 

• Breakfast is included for overnight guests
• The conference will end before lunch (which will be on your own).
• For our overnight guests, the hotel check out time is 11 a.m.

Location

The Penn Stater Hotel & Conference Center is located at 215 Innovation Boulevard in State College. It includes two restaurants, a fitness center, and a lap pool.

Rooms start at $149 (including 1 breakfast voucher) and increase by $10 for each additional guest to accommodate their breakfast voucher. Please call Central Reservations at 1-814-863-5000 and reference group code PABL25A. You may also reserve your rooms here. This rate expires at midnight on October 15th, so please make sure you reserve your rooms by then!

After selecting the number of each type of ticket, you’ll see the options for registering each person. If you need a gluten free meal, select it at this time.

PAB agencies must enter the coupon code provided to them in order to receive the member agency rate.

PAB agencies may pay online via credit card or select the “Agency Check” option which will allow you to send PAB a check as payment. Other guests should pay by credit card.

After registering, attendees will receive an auto reply from the website (which might go to your spam folder). There will also be system-generated emails during the processing. PAB will follow-up in a few days with its own email confirming your registration(s).
