DESCRIPTION:Pennsylvania Association for the Blind\n2026 Fall Conference\nPlease join us Wednesday\, November 11 through Friday\, November 13 at The Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center (State College\, PA) for the 2026 PAB Fall Conference. This year’s conference theme is “Building a Better PAB” and will include programming for agency executives\, field workers\, and prevention specialists. THIS EVENT IS ONLY OPEN TO PAB MEMBER AGENCIES. \nAGENDA\nClick here for a PDF of the 2026 Conference Schedule (not yet available) \nWednesday\, November 11th \n\nThe Registration desk will open from 2:30 to 4:00 pm (Please note that hotel rooms will not be available until 4 p.m.)\nLunch tbd\nDinner is Provided\n\nThursday\, November 12th \n\nBreakfast is included for overnight guests.\nVendors will be exhibiting throughout the day.\nLunch and Dinner are provided.\n\nFriday\, November 15th  \n\nBreakfast is included for overnight guests\nThe conference will end by 3 pm.\nLunch is provided\nFor our overnight guests\, the hotel check out time is 11 a.m.\n\nLocation\nThe Penn Stater Hotel & Conference Center is located at 215 Innovation Boulevard in State College. It includes two restaurants\, a fitness center\, and a lap pool. \nThe guestroom rate of $154 includes one breakfast voucher for the breakfast buffet in the Gardens Restaurant. The room rate increases $10 for each additional guest ($164 = 2 vouchers\, $174 = 3 vouchers\, $184 = 4 vouchers). Please call Central Reservations at 1-814-863-5000 and reference group code PABLA26A. You may also reserve your rooms on The Penn Stater’s website. This rate expires at 12:01 a.m. on October 10th\, so please make sure you reserve your rooms by then! \nAfter selecting the number registration tickets\, you’ll see the options for registering each person. If a gluten and/or dairy free meal is required\, select it at this time. (We do not know what specific gluten/dairy free options will be provided.) \nPAB agencies may pay online via credit card or select the “Agency Check” option which will allow you to send PAB a check as payment. Exhibitors should pay by credit card. \nAfter registering\, attendees will receive an auto reply from the website (which might go to your spam folder). There will also be system-generated emails during the processing. While the website uses the term “ticket”\, a physical ticket is not collected at the registration table.
