This year’s conference will include programming for agency executives\, field workers\, and prevention specialists. \nAGENDA\nClick here for a PDF of the 2025 Conference Schedule \nWednesday\, November 12th \n\nThe Registration desk will open at 10 a.m. (Please note that hotel rooms will not be available until 4 p.m.)\nLunch is provided.\nDinner is on your own.\n\nThursday\, November 13th \n\nBreakfast is included for overnight guests.\nA vendor room will be open during the day. Each vendor will highlight one item during the first session of the day.\nLunch and Dinner are provided.\n\nFriday\, November 14th  \n\nBreakfast is included for overnight guests\nThe conference will end before lunch (which will be on your own).\nFor our overnight guests\, the hotel check out time is 11 a.m.\n\nLocation\nThe Penn Stater Hotel & Conference Center is located at 215 Innovation Boulevard in State College. It includes two restaurants\, a fitness center\, and a lap pool. \nRooms start at $149 (including 1 breakfast voucher) and increase by $10 for each additional guest to accommodate their breakfast voucher. Please call Central Reservations at 1-814-863-5000 and reference group code PABL25A. You may also reserve your rooms here. This rate expires at midnight on October 15th\, so please make sure you reserve your rooms by then! \nIf you require gluten-free options\, let us know on the registration page. \nAfter selecting the number of each type of ticket\, you’ll see the options for registering each person. Participants may switch between topics to design their own experience.\nPlanned sessions include hardware and apps that will benefit clients; panel discussion of O&M\, AT\, & RT; Working with difficult clients; Using the Spot Screener and how to print its results on the road; How to get successful vision screenings from shy\, scared\, or special needs kids.\n\nFriday\, November 3rd  \n(Breakfast for overnight guests\, Lunch included in registration) \n\nAnticipated sessions on Diversity & Inclusion as well as pediatric eye disorders and development.\n\nThe Ramada Hotel & Conference Center is located at 1450 South Atherton Street in State College.
